This past Saturday In This Moment played an amazing set at The Rave in Milwaukee, but before they played guitarist Chris Howorth had a conversation with Cutter that includes information about their new album and about the new show.
“We literally haven’t talked to anyone about anything, we’ve done really no press at all for this no album or talked about it too much. Just little leaks and blips, or the show. We’ve literally been in like working on it mood since we left the last tour. We’ve been writing and then went to the studio, and we were working on the album simultaneously while building this new stage production with lights and props and the whole nine yards. So it’s like, it’s been non stop and then we instantly hit the road and now we’re like here and you’re the first person to really talk to me about any on of it.”
So about that new album?
“The album is done, it’s called ‘Mother.’ umm I heard August ish release. You know I don’t have a solid date to throw out there yet, but this summer.’ Chris continued, “this is our heaviest record since ‘Blood’ I’ll say that.”
After confirming this information with their record label, we have found out that a new song will be coming sometime in June. Ahead of their new album ‘Mother’ due out in August. You can see In This Moment live at Rock USA on Friday July 19th.
