While we hungrily await any news from Deftones regarding a follow-up to 2016’s Gore, news has surfaced that front-man Chino Moreno has been busy.
Moreno will be writing the score for an episode of the Hulu orignal horror anthology Into the Dark.
Here is a synopsis of the episode according to Deadline.com:
“I’m Just F*cking With You…tells the story of a man and his sister on the way to a family wedding, who endure a night of increasingly frightening practical jokes during a one-night stay at a secluded motel.”
Moreno had help on the score from a friend. He was joined by his Palms bandmate Aaron Harris. The episode will be shown at the upcoming SXSW Film Festival in Austin, TX in March. It will a featured as a Narrative Spotlight.
I’m Just F*cking With You is set to debut on Hulu on April 5th, 2019.
