NAME: Razor Concert Leader Getaway to Riot Fest 2026 and Fuse Road Trip to Riot Fest 2026 (collectively, the “Contest”)
PROMOTION PERIOD: Begins at approximately 7:30am Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on July 27, 2026 and ends at approximately 7:00pm CDT on August 14, 2026. (the “Promotion”)
NUMBER OF GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner
ODDS OF WINNING: Dependent upon number of eligible entries.
SPONSORS: Eroding Winds Record Shop, 310 W College Ave, Appleton, WI 54911 and Prospera Credit Union, Appleton Branch and Corporate Offices, 4830 N Ballard Rd, Appleton, WI 54913 (the “Sponsors”)
ADMINISTRATOR: Woodward Community Media, a division of Woodward Communications, Inc., 2800 E College Ave Appleton, WI 54915 (the “Administrator”)

The following rules apply to all campaigns listed above.

Who Can Enter
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the State of Wisconsin who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Woodward Communications Inc., the Stations, the Sponsors and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, and any other entity involved in the administration of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings (including half and step siblings), and the respective step-relatives of each. “Household members” means individuals who share the same residence for at least three (3) months per year, whether related or not.

How to Enter

WZOR | WZOS ON AIR: Listen to Razor’s broadcast signals (94.7 FM and 104.7 FM) or the live stream at RazorWisconsin.com or via the Razor mobile app, Monday through Friday at approximately 11:00am, 3:00pm, and 7:00pm CDT for the on-air host to announce a designated page at RazorWisconsin.com. Visit the announced page within 10 minutes of the announcement and click the designated Riot Fest graphic to access the entry form. Complete and submit the entry form to be eligible for the Grand Prize. Only one entry per person, per announcement time. The Riot Fest graphic will be available beginning 5 minutes before and ending 15 minutes after each scheduled announcement time.
WFZZ ON AIR: Listen to The Fuse’s broadcast signal (104.3 FM) or the live stream at 1043TheFuse.com or via The Fuse mobile app, Monday through Friday at approximately 7:30am, 12:30pm, and 4:30pm CDT for a keyword announcement. Within 10 minutes of the announcement, text the announced keyword to The Fuse studio line at (920) 281-1043. Follow the link provided in the text message to the contest entry page, complete and submit the entry form to be eligible for the Grand Prize. Only one entry per person, per announcement time. The announced keyword will be accepted beginning 5 minutes before and ending 15 minutes after each scheduled announcement time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: All required fields on the entry form must be completed accurately, and the entry must be successfully submitted during the applicable entry period to be eligible. Entrants are responsible for reviewing their submissions before submitting. Incomplete, inaccurate, late or otherwise noncompliant entries are void and will be disqualified.

STREAMING DISCLAIMERS: Due to delays inherent in online streaming, listeners using the Station’s live stream may hear announcements later than listeners receiving the over-the-air broadcast signal. As a result, streamed broadcasts may not provide sufficient time to participate in time-sensitive contests. Entrants are solely responsible for participating using a method that permits timely entry. The Administrator is not responsible for delays in streaming or for entries submitted late due to such delays.

OFFICIAL TIME: The Administrator’s official timekeeping system is the official timekeeping device for this Contest.

Grand Prize Drawing

RANDOM DRAWING TO DETERMINE ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One (1) eligible entry received from all participating websites will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on Monday, August 17, 2026 at approximately 12:00pm CDT. The selected entrant will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance of these Official Contest Rules. The verified Grand Prize winner will receive:

- Two (2) 3-Day VIP Festival Tickets to Riot Fest 2026

- Three (3) consecutive nights of standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy)(September 18, 2026 – September 21, 2026)

- One (1) $100 gas gift card

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to complete any required documents, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize within three (3) business days after the first documented notification attempt by the Administrator, the potential winner may be disqualified, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Notification will be made using the contact information provided at the time of entry, which may include email, telephone, or other reasonable means. The Administrator is not responsible for any change in an entrant’s email address, mailing address, telephone number, or other contact information. The Administrator is not responsible for failed, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or unsuccessful notification attempts for any reason.
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner is unable to verify eligibility, is found to be ineligible, fails to execute and return any required documentation within the time specified, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and the Administrator reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Administrator, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize. The Administrator may issue any tax forms required by law.
The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release prior to receiving the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Administrators and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, biographical information, and city and state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package is $2,500.00 USD. Actual value may vary depending on travel costs. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded.

Additional Rules and Conditions that Apply to this Contest

Entry into the Contest will constitute an agreement to abide by the Official Rules and acknowledge that the decision of the judges is final. Although not required to participate, the Contest Entry Form may request consent (via checkbox) to be added to Station and/or Sponsors and its affiliated companies’ direct mail, Internet and Mobile marketing databases to receive email and/or text messages. Consent does not increase odds of winning.

Should a scheduled event be part of the prize, Station, Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for cancellations or postponements of the event for any reason and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of an event prize due to such cancellations or delays.

Should travel be part of the prize, Station, Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of a travel prize due to such cancellations or delays.

Trip Prize Conditions: Festival admission, hotel accommodations, and any included travel components will be determined by the Administrator. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, resort fees, incidental accommodations charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. Travel for the trip awarded must take place on and/or within the designated dates and is subject to schedule and availability, alternative travel dates will not be provided. If the prize winner(s) is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the specified prize will be forfeited and may or may not be awarded to an alternate prize winner(s) at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator. Exact travel dates and arrangements may be subject to availability whether specified or not. Winner and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary.

General Terms and Conditions

Use of robotic, mechanical or other forms of pre-programmed entry methods is prohibited. Administrator will disqualify any Contest entry on the basis of the use of such manipulation tools. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entrants are not entitled to use such manipulation tools and Administrator reserves the right (in its sole discretion), from time to time, to implement entry processes that may frustrate or prohibit such automated entry; provided, however, that no entrant in any Contest may rely upon or insist upon Administrator’s failure or refusal to take any of the foregoing actions or to determine, in its sole discretion, that one entrant’s entry should be discounted because another entrant’s entry was or vice versa.

Administrator Management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Contest and in the interpretation of Contest rules. The decisions of the Administrator will be final as to all matters, including, without limitation, whether any entry is valid or contestant is correct or not. Entry into the Contest constitutes agreement by entrants to abide by these rules, as well as any other rules established by the Administrator.

Administrator and Sponsors are not responsible for any technical difficulties, technical malfunctions or errors (whether technical or typographical or human) which may occur in the administration of the Contest and/or the processing of any entries, errors experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, internet availability, electronic problems, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of any of the websites, computer virus, bug, or other errors or corruptions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing or Administrator from receiving (accurately or otherwise) a phone call, an email, accessing any website (including the Station or any third party website), or for any problem associated with the Station’s website or voting website or software, internet, telephone connections, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry, participation, voting or prize claim in any way, regardless of the cause, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person’s computer, equipment, property, software or network related to or resulting from participating in a Station’s contest or visiting its websites (whether as an entrant, visitor or voter). Administrator and Sponsors assume no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Station’s Contest. Administrator is not responsible for any printing errors or typographical errors. If, for any reason, in the sole opinion of Administrator, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system overload or any other causes, whether discovered or suspected by Administrator, which, in sole opinion of the Administrator, does or could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a Contest.

All entries become the property of the Administrator and incomplete or ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined to be fraudulent will be void, and the person making such an entry may be barred from further participation in this Contest and, in Administrator’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, banned from any future participation in any Station’s Contest (which Station’s decision may not be disputed or appealed).

By participating in this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Administrator, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and the Contest from any and all liability, claims, actions, and damages sustained or incurred by participation in the Contest and the receipt and use of any prize(s) awarded in connection with this Contest arising in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise caused by Station, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and this Contest.

By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby consent to the Station’s usage of any one or more of the following for on-air broadcast, online usage and for any other advertising and promotional purpose in any medium whatsoever without payment of any additional consideration: entrant’s name; voice; likeness; biographical information; his/her participation in the Contest; and the substance of the entrant’s entry form or any other Contest submissions.

By entering this Contest, entrants understand and agree that Stations may take photographs and/or videotape and/or audiotape any entrant’s participation, appearance and/or performance in connection with this Contest (before, during or after the Contest) and that Station will own any such photos, audio and/or video and shall be free to utilize, such materials in any way it sees fit during or after the Contest with no compensation to the entrants, including without limitation posting any such photographs, audio and/or videos on its website.

Administrator reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual from this Contest if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Contest rules.

Administrator reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare the Contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Contest; (ii) alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; (iii) provide alternative means of entry and/or (iv) stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice. Material changes to the Contest rules will be broadcast on-air and/or posted online, when practical. Information collected by Station in connection with entering or otherwise participating in this Contest may be used in accordance with Station’s privacy policy (available from a link at the bottom of a participating Station’s website home page).

This contest is solely operated by the Administrators and has no affiliation, endorsement, or association with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., or any of their respective brands, products, or subsidiaries. All trademarks and intellectual property rights used or referenced are the property of their respective owners.
