OSHKOSH, Wis. — A Milwaukee man will spend 25 more years behind bars for killing a fellow inmate at the Wisconsin Resource Center in Oshkosh.
Jumal Lipscomb is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to 20 years on extended supervision for first-degree reckless homicide.
Lipscomb beat the other WRC inmate to death in a courtyard back in May of 2024.
He was serving a 12-year prison sentence for robbery at the time of the attack.
