OSHKOSH, Wis. — Oshkosh police make an arrest in connection with a shooting incident earlier this month.
The 20-year-old Menasha man is accused of shooting a 19-year-old man in the 1000 block of Wisconsin Street back on Aug. 2.
Detectives traced the suspect to a business along Mall Drive in Grand Chute on Tuesday afternoon. He was taken into custody after reportedly trying to escape through an adjoining business.
A search warrant conducted on a Grove Street residence in Menasha reportedly turned up two handguns.
Criminal charges are pending.
