Badflower is back with a new song to get us crying in the club. This time the subject being tackled is about losing a pet. As Josh Katz explains here.
”It’s a very serious thing, and it’s something I’ve been through and I know a lot of other people have been through. I live on a farm by myself in the middle of nowhere, so I don’t have many friends. My animals are my whole world. It’s a sad topic, but I like sad songs, and I hope it can help someone going through that experience right now.’
I had a chance to talk to Josh a few years ago what it was like to be living on a farm and what he’s doing with his time there. One of the things he’s said he was working on was learning how to make electronics, like guitar pedals, and also described his musical approach like ‘farm to table rock n roll’. Along with the song announcement comes the album title and release date as well. No Place Like Home will be released with the previously released singles like ‘Detroit’ and ‘Haunting You’ on June 20th.
Badflower will be back in Green Bay on May 30th at Epic Event Center.
