APPLETON, Wis. — A Seymour man who killed his girlfriend’s cat reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Quinten Castro is convicted in Outagamie County Court on one count of mistreatment of animals causing death.
Castro crushed a kitten named Muffin in his hands back in November of 2022 because the cat kept making noise while he was trying to sleep.
He faces up to three years in prison when sentenced on Feb. 20.
