Oshkosh Police Chief Dean Smith says part of the problem is fireworks complaints are difficult to investigate and prosecute……….
In a discussion last week, members of the Oshkosh Common Council directed city staff to look at ways to increase the fine for illegal fireworks use from the current $75 to $1,000 per violation.
