TOWN OF OMRO, Wis. — One person is dead and another is injured following a crash near Omro.
The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office says two vehicles collided at the intersection of State Highway 21 and E. Scott Street around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday.
The driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
