Legendary metal band Machine Head have announced that their upcoming fall US tour will be their last. Late last week the news broke the guitarist Phil Demmel and drummer Dave Mcclain have quit the band. After this news lead singer Robb Flynn went to Facebook to let everyone know the news and reflect on the career of one the most successful metal bands in history.
Machine Head released their debut album Burn My Eyes in 1994. Their most recent album Catharsis, which came out earlier this year, was probably the bands most controversial mainly due to the song “Bastards.”
Machine Head’s farewell tour will hit The Majestic in Madison on October 17th.
