Alternative rock outfit Foo Fighters have released the third single from their forthcoming studio album But Here We Are which will be released on June 2nd. The new track is titled “Show Me How”, and it features frontman Dave Grohl’s daughter Violet on vocals.
The band debuted the new track live in Gilford, New Hampshire last night (May 24). The show saw the Foos play their first headlining live show since the Taylor Hawkins tribute shows back in September of 2022. It also marks the first show with touring drummer Josh Freese behind the kit, as Freese was announced as the touring drummer during a livestream event just days before the show. Among their setlist include mega-hits “Learn To Fly”, “The Pretender”, “Monkey Wrench”, and “Everlong” among others. The Foos also played their new singles “Rescued”, “Under You”, and “But Here We Are” marking the first live performances of the tracks. The full setlist can be viewed below.
A brutally honest and emotionally raw response to everything Foo Fighters endured over the last year, But Here We Are is a testament to the healing powers of music, friendship and family. It will be released on June 2nd via Roswell Records/RCA Records.
