GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police identify a man found dead in the East River. The body of Dennis Doxtator, Junior was pulled from the water on Saturday.
Witnesses reported seeing a backpack next to a hole in the ice near the footbridge along the East River Trial. Investigators do not suspect foul play.
