OSHKOSH, Wis–A member of the Winnebago County Board is stripped of his committee assignments after using his county-issued IPad to access porn. Supervisor Mike Norton of Oshkosh was the subject of a complaint and external investigation after posting screenshots of his IPad on Facebook to show the upcoming agendas for county board meetings. But those screenshots also showed open tabs of adult content websites.
