Linkin Park has announced that they will be releasing a new song this Friday (Feb. 10), and it will feature late frontman Chester Bennington on vocals. The song is titled “Lost” and it was recorded in the early 2000s while the band was working on their second album Meteora, which is celebrating it’s 20th anniversary this year.
The group recently launched an interactive game on their website, which has been updated every day with new clues to uncover. Upon surfing the computer in the virtual game, fans are told that their “package” has been “lost” — a reference to the name of the upcoming song.
Linkin Park has shared a snippet of the new song on their social media channels, and we must say hearing Chester’s vocals on a new song brings forward so many emotions that cannot be properly expressed at this time. Check out the clip below, and listen to “Lost” this Friday, February 10th.
