  • Qualification Methods:
    1. Online: Enter to qualify at either RazorWisconsin.com or 959KissFM.com
      • Qualification run dates 12:00:00 AM (CT) 08/01/22 through 11:59:00 PM (CT) 08/31/22. 
      • Up to one hundred ninety (190) total qualifiers. Odds of qualifying dependent on the number of entries. 
      • One entry per person per website.
    2. In Person: Participants must use their mobile device’s camera or scanner to view the QR code on the contest poster displayed at the locations listed below and then follow the link to the online entry page. 
      • Registration run dates 12:00:00 AM (CT) 08/01/22 through 11:59:59 PM (CT) 08/31/22.
      • Up to fifteen (15) total qualifiers. Odds of qualifying dependent on the number of entries.
      • One entry per person per location.

    3. Qualifying Events: Enter to qualify via written registration at one of our public qualifying events.  
      • WKSZ & WZOR Qualifying Event at The Shops at Oshkosh – 3001 Washburn St Oshkosh, WI 54904 on Friday, August 19th from 11:00am CT to 1:00pm CT.
      • When We Were Young Festival Flyaway – Finale Event at Waverly Beach – N8770 Fire Lane 1 Menasha, WI 54952 on Thursday, September 8th from 7:00pm CT to 8:30pm CT.
      • Up to twenty (20) total qualifiers. Odds of qualifying dependent on the number of entries.
      • One entry per person per qualifying event.
  2. All qualifiers will be notified via email with an invite to the When We Were Young Flyaway Finale Event on 09/08/22 from 7pm-9pm at Waverly Beach, N8770 Fire Lane 1 – Menasha, WI 54952. Must be present to win.
  3. Total number of qualifiers will not exceed two hundred twenty-five (225).
  4. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
    1. Round trip airfare for two to Las Vegas, NV (Travel Dates: 10/27/22-10/30/22) 
    2. Three (3) night hotel stay. (Check In: 10/27/22 & Check Out: 10/30/22)
    3. Two (2) VIP tickets to the When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas, NV on October 29th
  5. Employees of Woodward Communications, participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
  6. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, unless otherwise stated in the contest rules.  All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of winner. Any insurance policy requirements are also the sole responsibility of the winner.
  7. Prize winner/s will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness/voice for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of the judges.
  8. Odds of winning the grand prize are dependent on number of qualifiers present to win at the finale event.
  9. ARV of grand prize package is $3,000.00.

  1. The Station, the Company, participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for the inability of any entrant to complete or continue a telephone call, internet registration, or text entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, including any injury or damage to any computer or mobile device, arising from or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification.
  2. By accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges that the Station and the Company have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
  3. If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, an insufficient number of qualified Sweepstakes entries, or any other causes beyond the Station and the Company’s control, which, in the Station and the Company’s sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Station and the Company reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.
  4. If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any acts of God, local, state or federal restrictions, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, event postponements or cancellations, or any other causes beyond the Station and the Company’s control,  the Station and the Company reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.
