The wait is over and the return has arrived.
Rage Against the Machine have officially reunited, playing their first show in the United States since 2011. They kicked off their tour right here in Wisconsin, playing Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy this past Saturday (July 9). Rage announce their reunion in 2019 and scheduled out their tour, but had to postpone their return due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The band delivered an incendiary set of fan favorite hits and pulled out some tracks that hadn’t been performed in quite some time during the show. Among the surprises during the evening were “Tire Me,” “Without a Face” and “War Within a Breath,” all three making their first appearances in a Rage set since 2008.
