A Green Bay man is accused of stabbing another person in the neck with a screwdriver. Brian Marsaw is charged in Brown County Court with Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide. According to the criminal complaint, Marsaw stabbed the man in the neck during a disturbance at a home in Ledgeview back on March 18th. He faces up to 80 years in prison if convicted.
