The daily number of new coronavirus cases in Wisconsin continues to decline. The state Department of Health Services reports 367 positive tests on Tuesday. That drops the weekly average to 435 new cases a day. Deaths are starting to increase–with another 44 reported yesterday. That includes three each in Brown and Fond du Lac counties. Two in Door County. And one death in Winnebago, Manitowoc, Kewaunee and Dodge counties.
