Despite the turmoil of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools in the state did not see a major turnover in principal and superintendent positions.
Wisconsin Policy Forum researcher Jason Stein says schools with high risk students in both urban and rural areas saw a higher lever of turnover.
He feels turnover could be good if a better person takes over the role. But he thinks even a minor interruption could impact learning for high rish students.
