The coronavirus case numbers in Wisconsin continue to trend in the right direction. The state Department of Health Services reports 7,662 positive tests on Wednesday. While that is up from the past two days, it still lowers the weekly average of new cases to 9,012 a day. The positivity rate also declined slightly to 24.6%. There were 34 more deaths reported yesterday. Three of those deaths were in Brown County. Waupaca and Manitowoc counties had two. Winnebago, Green Lake, Kewaunee, and Oconto counties each reported one death.
