The mighty Mastodon has released the first single off the follow up to the Grammy-nominated 2017 album Emperor of Sand named ‘Pushing the Tides.’ The fast-paced metal banger is one of 15 songs that will be released on October 29th on the album named Hushed and Grim. Guitarist Bill Kelliher had said he was apprehensive about the record but has now stated this.
“…the more I thought about it, I was, like, ‘You know, this record is really special, and it’s different, and times are different right now.'”
