Wisconsin sees a jump in COVID-related deaths. The state Department of Health Services reports 15-fatalities on Wednesday–the most in eight days. Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago and Manitowoc counties each reported one death. There were 318 positive tests yesterday–with a positivity rate of 11-percent.
Brown County had 29 new cases. Calumet County added three. Outagamie and Winnebago counties each had just one new case.
