Teenagers continue to see increased coronavirus activity in Winnebago County. The county health department says nearly seven-percent of those under the age of 18 that were tested for COVID-19 in the past week came back positive. That is the highest rate among any population group. Omro High and Middle schools had to go to virtual learning last month following an outbreak among students caused by activities outside of the school day.
