Use mahi mahi, cod, tilapia or catfish filets for these delicious Baja Fish Tacos. Beer batter the fish filets and fry in a saucepan. Place the fish in warmed corn tortillas and top with cabbage, Chipotle Crema and fresh lime juice.
Baked Chicken Tacos
These are so quick, so easy and so delicious! Place Stand and Stuff taco shells in a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 5 minutes. Fill the taco shells with refried beans, shredded chicken (I use rotisserie chicken from the grocery store) and cheese. Return to the oven for 7-8 minutes. Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
Black Bean Tacos
Perfect for Meatless Monday! Saute onion and garlic in a saucepan for a few minutes. Add corn, black beans, seasonings and salsa and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon into tortillas and add your favorite toppings for a delicious vegetarian meal.
