Wisconsin continues to see low coronavirus test numbers–but very high positivity rates. The state Department of Health Services reports 48-percent of the 73-hundred tests Tuesday came back positive. That results in 35-hundred new cases. Those test numbers are the lowest since September 26th.
The state also records another 54-death–bringing the total to 4,122.
