Wisconsin continues the trend of declining COVID-19 cases. The state Department of Health Services reports 3,777 positive tests–reducing the seven day average. The positivity rate remains high at 38-percent. There were another 82-deaths reported on Wednesday–raising the statewide total to 3,502. Three of those deaths were in Outagamie County. Shawano County saw two deaths. Winnebago County reported one.
Brown County added 130 new cases. Outagamie County was up by 79. Winnebago County had 89 new cases–while Calumet County saw 16.
