The state plans a significant upgrade in coronavirus testing capabilities. Deputy Health Services Secretary Julie Willems Van-Dijk says the Wisconsin National Guard will be setting up 71 more testing sites next week. Testing centers will be set up in 56 of Wisconsin’s 72 counties. Existing test sites in Oshkosh, Milwaukee and Madison will continue to operate as well.
