Outagamie County Courts Staying Virtual

Outagamie County Court matters will continue to be conducted virtually until the end of the month. Last month, the judges decided to no longer hold in-person hearings through October 13th. The continued rise in coronavirus cases has led to an extension of that practice. Jury trials will only be held if the defendant has requested a speedy trial or to meet statutory time limits.
