There have now been 10 coronavirus deaths in Appleton.
The city’s health department is reporting the person was in their 70s.
Appleton also set another record with 343 more confirmed cases last week.
Staffers say they aren’t able to reach out to positive cases and their close contacts quickly enough. They say that’s severely limiting efforts to contain COVID-19.
