There are 1,696 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin.
That’s the second-straight day with fewer than 2,000, but there were also fewer results reported over those days.
Twenty percent of tests came back positive. There are 24,589 active cases, and that’s 325 more.
Hospitals are treating 56 new coronavirus patients, and a record 714 overall. Another 188 are waiting for test results.
Four more people died, and the overall total of confirmed deaths is now 1,381.
Winnebago County has 303 new cases, Outagamie 152, and Fond du Lac 50. Calumet and Waupaca both added 44.
Oconto and Shawano each have 33 more. Brown has 29 new cases, Waushara 23, Manitowoc 22, Green Lake 13, and Kewaunee four.
