Overtime costs are adding up for the Oshkosh police department.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says a growing number of officers have been forced to quarantine for days at a time, after they were exposed to positive cases. He says they need to keep a certain number of people on the streets, to answer calls, and that’s been an issue.
Rohloff says the use of police overtime in Oshkosh started picking up about six weeks ago.
