A Waukesha County judge won’t let Governor Evers and his administration release names of businesses that have had workers test positive for coronavirus.
More than 1,000 have had at least two cases.
The governor’s administration has said there was an open records request for the list.
Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce filed a lawsuit, with the Muskego and New Berlin chambers of commerce. They argue the reputations of businesses would be ruined.
The judge is blocking the release for at least five days.
