Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda shared an unboxing video, outtakes and all, of the Hybrid Theory Super Deluxe Box Set Edition that will be released on October 9th in support of the album’s 20th anniversary. The 20th anniversary edition comes in physical and digital formats, including a super deluxe box set, super deluxe vinyl box set, and deluxe CD. All versions of the anniversary album come with the original Hybrid Theory as well as the B-Side Rarities, which includes 12 previously released tracks from the album era.
The super deluxe set will contain five CDs, three DVDs, and three vinyl LPs. The CDs included in the set are the original Hybrid Theory album, the remix album Reanimation, a collection of 12 previously released B-sides from that era, an LPU Rarities disc with 18 tracks that previously available only to Linkin Park Underground fan club, and the Forgotten Demos disc which features 12 unreleased tracks. The vinyl on the super deluxe set will feature the original album, Reanimation and Linkin Park’s 1999 Hybrid Theory EP.
One of the songs that will be on the Forgotten Demos album,“She Couldn’t”, was released by the band and can be heard below. With the video the band said:
