Mastodon released the official music video for their latest single, “Fallen Torches“, which can be seen below. Scott Kelly of Neurosis is featured on the song that is off their new compilation album, Medium Rarities, which was released today, September 11th. The band said they wanted a visually compelling video but didn’t want to rely on a big physical production, so they brought it to Hey Beautiful Jerk to handle it for them.
Medium Rarities includes multiple covers, some of their soundtrack contributions, instrumentals, B-sides, and live recordings. At the end of August, Mastodon released “Rufus Lives” from the Bill & Ted Face The Music soundtrack. That song can also be heard below.
