Metallica will receive the KnuckleBonz treatment and have a limited-edition statue collection made in their honor. The statues are going to part of the Knucklebonz “Rock Iconz” series.
The set includes James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, and Robert Trujillo collectible statues from the “Hardwired…To Self Destruct” era with each one created in 1/9 scale. All of the “Rock Iconz” statues are officially licensed, limited edition collectibles with each piece hand-cast, painted, and numbered. There will only be 3000 of the figures created. Each statue comes with a certificate of authenticity on the base of the statue. The are available to pre-order now, with shipping expected January or February 2021.
Each individual statue runs for $149 with the entire collection priced at discount of $536.40. Tony Simerman, CEO/creative director of KnuckleBonz said:
