If you missed De(Tour) this past weekend, another video has surfaced, this time of of The Pretty Reckless’ Taylor Momsen teaming up with Alain Johannes (Eleven, Queens Of The Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Chris Cornell) to cover the Chris Cornell song “The Keeper”. The video originally aired on Saturday during the Morrison Hotel Gallery’s (De)Tour festival which featured featured an all-star lineup of artists working with with MusiCares, National Independent Venue Association (NIVA), and Spotify to support of fellow artists, crew members, and independent venues and promoters.
Both the Momsen/Johannes take on “The Keeper” and the original Chris Cornell version can be seen below.
In May, The Pretty Reckless released their latest single, the title track off their upcoming album Death By Rock And Roll. No release date has been announced for Death By Rock And Roll. Cutter and Kaytie had a chance to talk with Taylor Momsen about their forthcoming album on Cutter’s Rockcast in June.
