The Oshkosh School Board plans to decide next month when to hold a referendum.
The district is proposing a $107 million question to replace the aging Merrill and Webster-Stanley schools.
Board Vice President Kelly Olmsted believes those buildings have out-lived their use.
A second referendum question would ask to exceed state spending limits by nearly $4 million a year for the next two years. The amount would go up to $8 million a year for the following seven years.
The Oshkosh School Board is expected to vote on July 15th whether to put the questions on the November ballot, or wait until next spring.
