A Deftones fansite has put together an unofficial short film celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Deftones’ album White Pony. The film has a run time of just over one and a half hours and is split into three acts. The first act is titled “White Pony: A Short Movie”, followed by act two’s “The Music: Live” and the final act is called “The Acoustic: Live”.
The video consists of musical performances, interviews, and behind the scenes footage and can be seen below.
On Monday, June 22nd at 8pm CT, Deftones will be hosting a listening session on their YouTube page for White Pony to honor the 20th anniversary of the album.
A 20th Anniversary edition of White Pony will be released this year along with remix LP titled Black Stallion, which will feature all-new versions of the tracks remixed by guest collaborators.
