After a one-day jump, the percentage of new positive coronavirus tests went down to 2.5 percent.
That’s around the range from over the past two weeks. Four percent came back positive yesterday.
There are 278 new confirmed cases in the state, and 24,154 overall.
The state has 4,934 active cases, and that’s 167 fewer than yesterday. Seventy-seven percent of all confirmed cases have now recovered.
Hospitals are reporting treating 240 COVID-19 patients, and another 158 are waiting for test results.
There have been 730 confirmed deaths, and that’s 11 more than yesterday.
Brown County has 18 new cases, and 2,538 overall.
Outagamie added 11, and now has 377. Winnebago has 10 more, for a total of 579.
Waupaca is up three, to 87.
Two counties each have two more. Manitowoc is now at 58, and Kewaunee 42.
Fond du Lac added one, and now has 278.
