The founder of a group that wants to prevent children and pets from dying in hot cars says it’s a needless tragedy.
Joshua Jablonski created Kaylee Project last September. He named it after the golden retriever that died after being left in a hot car outside Lambeau Field last July. He’s been raising money to make billboards that will go up in the parking lot of area businesses. He says the pandemic will keep him from putting up those signs. But he says the message is important. Jablonski says having a child or pet die in a hot car is sad and preventable.
