The average loan to Wisconsin businesses in the second round of the Paycheck Protection Program is smaller than in round one.
The state’s Democratic U-S Senator Tammy Baldwin believes that’s proof that the money is getting to the people it was originally intended to help. Just under 30,000 Wisconsin businesses received PPP loans in the second round of the program.
