Many drive-in move theaters are starting to reopen and they could see a surge in business because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The owner of Chilton Twilight Drive-In Theater says they opened last weekend. Mike Radue says they have capacity for about 200 cars but as a precaution are cutting that number in half.
He says workers are disinfecting bathrooms every half hour. Radue says they would normally be open just on weekends through June but to meet demand they’ve already extended hours and will be open from Wednesday through Sunday.
