Gas prices for the Memorial Day weekend are about $1 lower than at this time last year.
AAA Wisconsin spokesman Nick Jarmusz says after the steep price drop to less than $1 gallon, prices stabilized. He says that’s because OPEC reached an agreement to reduce production in May and June. He’s not sure if that will be extended into July.
