The percentage of new coronavirus tests that came back positive went up.
Six-point-three percent from over the past day were positive, compared to 3.9 percent yesterday. It’s still lower than Monday’s figure of 6.5 percent.
There are now 10,902 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state. That’s 291 more than yesterday. The state is reporting 421 confirmed deaths, and that’s three more than yesterday.
Brown County has 24 new cases, and that’s the fewest since April 19th. There are now 1,982 confirmed cases in the county.
Outagamie added five, for a total of 122. Fond du Lac has three more, and 111 overall.
Two counties have two new cases. Shawano is at 27, and Green Lake 10.
Three each added one. Winnebago is up to 102, Calumet 44, and Waupaca 14.
The statewide hospitalization rate for confirmed cases is 18 percent.
Fifty-two percent of all statewide confirmed cases have recovered.
