The head of a domestic abuse program in Oshkosh says the impact of some grant money is tremendous.
Beth Oswald of Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services says they received funding from the U.S. Venture Foundation. She says they needed computers, and a safe platform to connect staff with clients.
