Some bars and restaurants are using the time during the pandemic to make renovations and clean.
John and Jay Supple of Fox River Brewing Company says they’re giving all five of their restaurants a facelift. They think it will pay off in the long run.
Jay Supple says they’re keeping social distancing and healthy practices in mind. He says they’ll have their own protocol to make sure workers are dialed in when customers walk through the door.
Brady Hoopman is a co-owner of Bar 430 in Oshkosh, and he says they’re also keeping sanitary conditions in mind, during their renovation process. He says he can’t wait to get his employees back to work.
