The city of Oshkosh might send absentee ballot applications to all registered voters this summer.
Deputy Mayor Jake Krause wants to limit the number of people that have to vote in person for the August primary, and the November election.
Oshkosh City Clerk Pam Ubrig estimates it would cost an additional $97,000 to send the absentee ballot applications, and the ballots themselves, for the two elections.
