The coronavirus outbreak claims two more Appleton events. Organizers will not hold the annual Memorial Day or Flag Day parades this year. The Governor’s current “safer at home” order runs through Memorial Day weekend–banning large gatherings–and there is no guarantee that they would be allowed in June for the Flag Day parade.
