Brown County is getting some help from the CDC to deal with a recent jump in coronavirus cases.
Doctor Ashok Rai of Prevea Health tells Action 2 News the agency is partnering with the state. in different hot spots.
Rai is excited that more testing is being done locally. He says the state and private companies are working together to offer more tests. He’d like to see 5,000 people a month be tested for the virus.
He says the idea is to test as many people with symptoms as early as possible, so they can be quarantined quicker.
