Kids will be able to ride GO Transit buses in Oshkosh for free starting this summer.
The Common Council agreed to have the city pay $30,000 in each of the next two years for its part of the program.
Deputy Mayor Steve Herman wonders why kids get to ride free at any time. He says seniors and people with disabilities have to pay.
The Oshkosh School District will pay $33,000 in each of the next two years while private donors will cover another $30,000.
